He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Bullock Sr. and Jessie Lurene Bullock (Farmer); his daughter Carol Sue Bullock; and his granddaughter Lora Michelle Bullock. He is survived by: his sons, Larry Wayne (Janna) and Jeffrey Neal; his wife Billie Ruth; his son Jeff (Ruth); his siblings, Ann Crow (Clarence) and Lonny Bullock (Edith); his grandchildren, Amanda Muller (Gene), Justin Bullock (Jessica) and Derek Bullock (Alice); and his great grandchildren, Liam, Blake Muller, Mackenzie, Colton, Jacob Bullock, Verbena and Wilhelmina Bullock (Billie).
