She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Heinly and Jean Heinly. She is survived by: her former husband John Hooks; her daughters, Suzanne Douglas, Megan Ferrell and Katie Hooks; her grandchildren, Gracie Jane Douglas, Jackson Douglas, Elena Ferrell, Gabby Ferrell, Jonah Ferrell, Lourdes Sandoval and Olivia Sandoval; and her siblings, Carla Heckman, Sally Giles, Kenny Heinly, Jeff Heinly and Amy Sockel.
