She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Kellum Michell and Ethel Altie Stamps; her husband Dee Roy Knight; her daughter Mary Vaerewyck; and her granddaughter DeeDee Ploof.
She is survived by: her siblings, Hazel Gibson of Rufe, OK, Lavern Elliott of Wright City, OK and Melvin Mitchell (Wanda) of Rufe, OK. She is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
