With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Sue Phipps of Georgetown, Texas, born in Sherman, Texas, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack T. Massingale and Lillian McClendon Massingale; her husband Billy G. Hopper (Robert E. Phipps); her sisters, Jeraline Lehman and Mary Carr; and her nephews, Phillip B. Porter and Billy Dale Carr.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert E. Phipps; her daughter Valorie Hopper Russell; her son-in-law Will Russell; and her grandchildren, Bryan Taylor (Lorrie), Tiffany Guinan (Ben) and Whitney Stabile (Joel). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Caring Place, Georgetown, Texas.
