He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. T., Olga Kinnard, Ray and Blanche Stone. He is survived by: his parents, J. R. Kinnard and Connie Kinnard; his sisters, Mary Kinnard and April Heath; his brother-in-law David Heath; his niece Zoey; and his nephew Jon.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660).
