He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Oliver and Othello Oliver (Clayton); and his wife Lorraine Oliver (Boteler). He is survived by: his sons, John Garth Oliver (Kasie) and Walter Thomas Oliver (Lora); and his grandchildren, Dustie Buchhorn, Brittany Lotts, Garret Oliver and Elise Oliver.
