He is survived by: his wife Lou Anne Case; his daughters, Jennifer Pereira (Dan) and Tiffany Whitfield (Shawn); his sisters, Trudy Bamsch (Wayne) and Martha Richey (Ray); his sisters-in-law, Nancy Bottlinger (Clark) and Heather Magness; and his grandchildren, Jaclyn Pereira, Daniel Pereira and Tori Whitfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
