She was predeceased by: her son Randy Nomann; her parents, Erma Blowers and Howard Blowers; her siblings, Rue Blowers, Estella Widger, Jim Blowers, LeMoine Fogg and Mildred Blowers; and her grandparents, William Histed, Cora Cole, Delos Blowers and Addie Putman.
She is survived by: her sister Sue; her husband Charles B. Normann of Georgetown, Texas; her children, Brian Normann (Anita) of Georgetown, Chris Normann (Judy) of Liberty Hill, Charles D. Normann (Gladys) of Georgetown, Kevin G. Normann (Miles) of Georgetown and Karen Foote (Michael) of Georgetown; her siblings, Duane Blowers and Susan Davis; and her grandchildren, Eric, Charles P., Brenna, Brent, Michael, Sarah, Jacob, Christen, Dylan, Alex, Max, Lucas, Taylor, Ashley Normann, Corrie Buckey, Michelle Mersiovsky and Hayden Foote. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
