He is survived by: his wife June; his daughter Kelly Ambabo (Adam Ambabo); his grandchildren, Brock, Brielle, Brianna and Addison; his great grandchild Stacy Boatright (Ryan Boatright); his stepson Rich Williams (Roseanne); his stepgrandsons, Richard and Robert; his stepdaughter Kim Robb (Joel Robb); his stepgrandchildren, Jack and Elise; and also Cooper.
Throughout his career, Greg made significant contributions to the microelectronics industry publishing 250+ technical papers and two technical books.
