She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucious Powers and Mary Smith Powers; and her siblings, Lavane Powers Brazil, Celestine "Teeny" Powers Ellington, Caroline Powers Blackmon and Drew Powers.

She is survived by: her brother Bobby Powers; her husband Dwight DeVille; her son Russ Oxford (Tammy Oxford); her grandchildren, Mallory Majek (Josh Majek) and Aaron Oxford; her son Rod Oxford (Karen Oxford); her grandchildren, Ryan Oxford, Alex Oxford and Brittany Dearmore; her great grandchildren, Braxton Oxford and Adaleigh Oxford; her grandchild Madyson Schneider (Andrew Schneider); her great grandchild Beckum Schneider; her daughter Kim Fenney (John Fenney); and her grandchildren, Grace Fenney, Noah Fenney, Sarah Fenney and Hannah Fenney. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
