He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel and Nora Bell McKeown (Sterner); his wife Catherine McKeown (Maurer); and his sisters, Leona Bryson, Edna Hick, Berdella Brinkman and Verma Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Boyle (Phillip) of Georgetown, TX. and Janet Burkett (Gary) of Katy, TX.; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Boyle (Sarah), Theresa Moore (Bryan), Christopher Burkett and Kelly Sullins (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Mack Moore, Julia Moore, Ethan Boyle, Blake Boyle, Kathryn Sullins, Dayvin Sullins and James Sullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
