He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Kiser (England) of Georgetown; his children, Matthew Kiser (Michelle) of Richardson, Wendy Smith (Chris) of Liberty Hill, Andrew Kiser (Noelle) of Killeen and Suzanne Tanksley (Brian) of Round Rock; his grandchildren, Morgan Kiser, Zachary Kiser, Hannah Smith, Davis Smith, Patrick Kiser, Jared Kiser, Alexis Sandiford, Elijah Sandiford, Kara Kiser, Wayne Meadows, Connor Tanksley and Madelyn Tanksley; his great grandchildren, Evelyn Deleon Kiser and Spencer Woodard; and his sister Martha Ann Flanigan of Elyria, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
