She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Loesch and Juli Loesch Harper; her grandchildren, Chase and Sarah Harper; her sisters, Pat Sugarek of Houston and Marilyn Pflughaupt of College Station; her nieces and nephews, Bryce Pflughaupt, Brian, Vickie Nitsch, Pam Panettiere, Anthony, Jenny and Luke Panettiere; and also Matthew Harper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Evelyn's honor may be made to Faith Lutheran Church in Georgetown, Texas.
