It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lopez of Georgetown, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on April 27, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Gonzales Lopez and Euralia Rodriguez Lopez (Lillie); and his brothers, John and James Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Delia Uresti Lopez; his children, Nicolas and Alyssa of Austin, TX.; and his siblings, Daniel Lopez, Mary Mercadante and Theresa Borgohain. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In honor of David's memory, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to organizations close to his heart: The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, The Annunciation Maternity Home, Dominican Sisters of Mary (Georgetown Religious House), or The Caring Place of Georgetown.
