He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Odean Durham Sr. and Lorraine Jean Durham. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his brother Dave; his daughters, Melissa Diels, Stephanie Sheridan and Heather Schott; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Nathan, Brodie, Aaron, Bailey, Ellie and Logan.
