He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Roy John "Toby" Lierman and Gwendolyn Celeste Lierman; and his aunt Michelle Kendricks. He is survived by: his parents, Kyle Bolyard and Jessica Bolyard; his brother Riley Bolyard; and his grandparents, Craig, Debbie Lamb, Rebecca Johnson and Karen Lierman-Pugh. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
