He is survived by: his wife Theda Rush (Tutt); his sons, Mark Rush (Pam) and Kevin Rush (Amy); his granddaughters, Haley Rush, Sarah Rush (Stephen), Sarah Gonzalez (Ismael Jr.) and Katie Chandler (Chance); his great grandchildren, Pammy and Alyssa Gonzalez; his nieces, Debbie Rush Sanders (Don) and Karin Rush; and his great-nieces, Stacey Atchley (Jeremy) and Allison Davis (Mike).
