It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Wolfe of Georgetown, Texas, born in Salina, Kansas, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Clapper and Alice Clapper; her daughter Becky Hoey; and her husbands, Paul Rice and Roy Wolfe.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Bill Hoey (Jane) of Plymouth; her children, Nancy Rice Gallmore of Katy, Bill Rice (Kathy) of Katy and Nick Rhea of Joplin, Missouri; her grandchildren, Michelle Schneider (Jason) of Austin, Sean Hoey of Plymouth, Kim Oelkers (Casey) of Katy, Natalie McMeans (Micah) of Katy and Lindsay Gallmore of Katy, Texas; her great grandchildren, Thomas Hoey of Plymouth, Alex, Cailyn, Brooke Schneider of Austin, Jack, Kate Oelkers of Katy, Mackenzie and Kylie McMeans of Katy, Texas.; and her caregiver Laura Killins.
