She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Stanley, Justina Pawlik (Brysch), James and Maxine Ballentine (Ankerson). She is survived by: her parents, Leonard Pawlik and Betty Pawlik (Ballentine); her significant other Monica Escamilla; her siblings, Patti Perales (Julian) of Floresville, Texas and James Pawlik (Rhonda) of Troup, Texas; her nieces and nephews, Justin Pawlik, Jacob Pawlik (Christine), Julian C. Perales, Amanda Perales, Joshua Pawlik and Kyleigh Pawlik; and also, Alan and Abram.
