He is survived by: his wife Robbie M. Ferrell of George West; his son Michael Shane Ferrell; his siblings, Archie Ferrell (Frances) and Dreama Schulz; his grandchildren, Mayson Ferrell and Mayleigh Ferrell; and his stepgrandsons, Noah Cantu, Nick Cantu and Nathan Cantu. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
