She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Menefee and Pauline Menefee (Blakely); her husband Lawrence Polozeck; and her siblings, Lera Adams, Doris Pickett, Betty Ruth Menefee and Harold Menefee.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Esse (Keith) of Peggy, Texas; her grandson Kevin Wade Esse (Tara) of Boerne; her great grandchildren, Callyn Esse and Cadence Esse of Boerne; and her sister Anna Chappell of Robinson, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
