He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Annie Ruth Lyne, Edward Holt and LaVanche Holt; and his father Rufus Lyne. He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his children, Blayne Edward and Sara Ashley; his mother Susie Lyne; and his sister Sunny Lyne-Ackerman (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
