It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garland Alfred Lowrance (George West, Texas), born in Cleburne, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Lowrance and Dorothy Lowrance; and his sister Marjorie Barr. He is survived by: his spouses, Maria Ruth Balilo and Ruth Lowrance of George West, Texas; and his daughters, Faith Lanford of Albuquerque, Hannah Lowrance of Austin and Ella Lowrance of Albuquerque.
