He is survived by: his siblings, Lillian Norman, Ada Faye Harvey, Debbie Cothern and Mitchell; his children, Dave McFadden, Donna McFadden, Rocky Umphres, Cindy Umphres, Roy Vaughan, Patsy Vaughan, Rusty Umphres and Kim Umphres; and his grandchildren, Josh, Tiffany McFadden, Laura McFadden, Jeremy, Jill Janes, Joni Umphres, Dusty, Katie Umphres, Brady, Deanna Atkinson, Travis, Cathy Vaughan, James, Codi Malone, Jeff, Tenisha Fell, Kashlee Blanton, Tyrell Umphres and Boone Umphres.
