We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2020, at the age of 81, Anestasio Guerrero of George West, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Zaragosa Guerrero and Maria Guerrero; his wife Dorcas "Tavita" Guerrero (Gutierrez); his son George Guerrero; and his siblings, Atanasio Guerrero, Justo Guerrero, Valentina Guerrero and Juanita Perez.
He is survived by: his daughter Estela Guerrero of George West; his adoptive daughter Darla Guerrero of George West; his brothers, Alejos Guerrero of George West, Anselmo Guerrero of George West, Florentino Guerrero of Moulton, Zaragosa Guerrero Jr. of Waller County and Guillermo Zuniga of Austin; his half-brother Noe Guerrero of Del Rio; his sisters, Pomposa Guerrero of Moulton, Matilde Medieta of Austin, Avarista Gutierrez of San Antonio, Alejandra Sedillo of Waller and Catarina Rosales of Hockley; and his grandchildren, Carolyn Fitzwater, John Michael Adkins Jr., Tabitha J. Adkins and Teresa Marroquin. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
