He is survived by: his mother Reva Ross Ruffin; his wife Lavonne Moore Ruffin; his sons, Stephen Ruffin (Ashley) and Aaron Ruffin; and his sisters, Angela Loullis, Trish Thompson and Linda Nyberg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
