He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Meeks and Van Otha Pennington; and his sister Johnnye Roberta Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Carilyn Pennington; and his sons, Zachary Pennington (Eileen), Art Pennington and Tim Pennington (Debora).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home (406 N Yaupon Ave, Livingston, TX 77351). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
