He is survived by: his wife Linda Watson Starnes; his children, Rhonda Starnes Bruner (Wayne) of Bryan and Rodney Starnes (Shelly) of Paradise; his grandchildren, Hudson Hopkins of Texarkana, Lance Gray (Meghan) of San Diego, Henslie Starnes of Fort Worth, Jackson, Morgan Bruner of Bryan, Jonathan, Jacob and Jonah Chagoya of Paradise; his sister Gail Boone (Carlton) of Brownsville; and his friends, James and Dawn Lanham of Gatesville. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
