She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Clive Kelly and Johnnie Mae Kelly; her daughter-in-law Laura Jean Ballard; her grandchildren, Benjamin Thomas and Catherine Mae; and also Coltin Rowbotham.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (2425 E Main St, Gatesville, TX 76528). A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pearl Cemetery.
