She is survived by: her former husband William Earl "Bill" Blanchard; her pet Lucy; her children, Kimberly Haines (Mark), Tammi Shoaf (Ray), Tim Blanchard (Sheri) and Tom Blanchard (Tammy); her sisters, Joyce Anne Rose, Marsha Kay Gurley and Glenda Gail Berry (Lloyd); her grandchildren, Amanda Necessary (Bret), Bridget Register (Sid), Melissa Bartlett (Ryan), Amber Blanchard, Dustin Shoaf (Liz), Juhre Enlow (Brady), Marshall Blanchard and William Andrew Haines (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Dasia, Dylan, Danielle, Riann, Grayson, Liam, Bryson, Griffin, Belle, Elliot, Leah and Emily.
