He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Holden and Martha D. Franks; and his brother Willis Holden. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Lynn Holden (Deann), Debbie D. Hooker, Cindy J. Witt and Robin G. Sutton (Shane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
