We bid farewell to Karen Cummings of Gatesville, Texas, born in Lampasas, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 28, 2024 at the age of 71. Karen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Leonard William "Bob" Spivey; her husband Gerald "A. G." Cummings; her sister Lynette Davis; and her mother Annette Spivey. She is survived by: her brother Leonard Spivey; her children, Shelly Spivey, Melissa Booth (Jason) and William Cummings (Adam Conrad); her grandchildren, Logan Beaver, Dylan Beaver, Jace Sanchez, Lelia Sanchez, Avva Calhoun and Jaylee Calhoun; her close friend Donna Brewer; and her family Zain Pleuthner (family: Walker Youngblood, Dana White, Angie Adams, Randi Wiley, Brenda Powell, Lana Davidson). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; and 8 nieces.
Donations can also be made to the Central Texas Cattle Baron's Ball in benefit of the American Cancer Society in her honor.
