With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Dixon in Gatesville, Texas, who passed away on May 24, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Dixon and Vida Tippit Dixon; and his siblings, Birdie Fay Higgins and Joe Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Allene Dixon; his children, Ronald Dixon (Sue), Pam Ray (Hap) and Kim Dahl (Kenneth); his siblings, Jackie Dixon (Jeanette) and Patsy Palmer; and his grandchildren, Julie Dixon, Haley Laskowski (Brad), Cliff Ray (Carrie), Greg Ray, Mitch Dahl and Miles Dahl (Natasha). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
