She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lowry and Beatrice Graham Lowry. She is survived by: her children, Dale Rueter (Pam) and Beverly Peña (Ricky); her brother Jack Lowry; and her grandchildren, Carly Tatum, Morgan Keeton, Kayla Bushong, Trent Rueter and Keegan Peña. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
