She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Goad Wilson and Herman Dempsey Williams; her sister Wanda Williams Parker (Garvin); her nephew Heath Hill; and her niece Glynda Holden.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Rapp and Heather Prangnell (David); her sister Gail Tippit (Tom); her grandchildren, Asher and Emma Prangnell; and her nieces and nephews, Lindsey Tippit, Cindy Parker, Chad Hill, Wayne Parker, Steven Parker and James Parker.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Scott's Funeral Home (2425 E Main St, Gatesville, TX 76528). A burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Restland Cemetery (2201 Waco St, Gatesville, TX 76528).
