He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Manning and Ina Manning. He is survived by: his brother C. Jack Manning (Rhonda) of Odessa, Texas.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (2425 E Main St, Gatesville, TX 76528). A burial was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Restland Cemetery (2201 Waco St, Gatesville, TX 76528).
