Andrew Raby Smalley Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Verna Faye Dye; his parents, Andrew Dudley Smalley and Louise Raby Smalley; his sisters, Doris Southall and MaryAnn Lovell; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Dye, Dale Smith and Gene Southall.
He is survived by: his sister Ruth Smith; his brother-in-law Jan Lovell; his niece Carol Mills (Billy); his nephew Dan Smalley; his great-niece Nancy Norman (Keith); his grandchildren, Cory Smalley (Christi), Courtney Mills (Natalie), Cullen Mills (Erin), Dustin Smalley (Ashley), Stacy Manning (Blake), Trevor Roche (Maddie) and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Kelsie Cosper (Dylan), Payden Smalley (Alyssa Forcier), Lexie Smalley, Cadence Smalley, Noah Mills, Avery Mills, Aubrey Smalley, Linzi Smalley, Raiden Manning, Jalen Manning, Carson Roche and Miles Roche; his great great grandchildren, Stoney Cosper and Delanie Smalley; and also Carla Peeler (Ceasar). He is also survived by his four children and their spouses.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (912 E Main St, Gatesville, TX 76528). Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Raby's family asked that memorials be made to the FFA program, care of Jonesboro Independent School District, 14909 S. State Hwy 36, Jonesboro, Texas 76538.
