She was predeceased by: her brothers, Phillip and Bob Newman Jr.; and her pets, Oreo and Sassy. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Jones of Gary; her children, Stacy Hillin (Justin) of Gary, Ashley Jones of Gary, Shauna Hughes (Jeremy) of Gladewater and Chad Jones of Gary; her sister-in-law Sue Newman; and her grandchildren, Shawn Brown, Wesley Jones, Cameron Hillin, Madison Jones, Justin Jones and Destiny Hughes. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
