She is survived by: her parents, Perry Rutledge and Patricia Rutledge; her husband Gary Scott Cummings; her brothers-in-law, Greg Cummings (Shelly), David Cummings and Michael Cummings (Adriana); her children, Brittany Cummings and Jordan Cummings; and her granddaughter Averie Cummings. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
