He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Eugene Prince, Sr. and Francis Amelia Carpenter Prince; his wife Faye Prince; and his son Ronney Prince. He is survived by: his sister Francis Gifford of Idaho; his children, Debra Downing (Billy) of Gary, Karen Green (Gerald) of Carthage and Daniel Prince of Gary; and his sweetheart June Arnold of Carthage. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
