He is survived by: his mother Gwen Thurman; his husband Raymond of Jacksonville; his children, Lee Stephenson of Tatum and Jacqelyn Brian (Brady) of Turnertown; the mother of his children Amber Bell; his aunt Loretta Turlington (Dean) of Marshall; his uncle Caddell Stephenson (Gaye) of Timpson; his cousins, Monica Malinosky (J. J.) of Marshall, Loren Stephenson of Gary, Brian Stephenson of Nacogdoches and Whitney Shelton (Cody) of Sulpher, LA; and his grandson Blayden Brian. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
