He is survived by: his parents, Travis Bushman and Jessica Smolik; his grandparents, Gary, Sandra Bushman, Jason, Cynthia Senior and Ronnie Smolik; his aunt Brooke Springfield; and his uncles, Tanner Springfield and Mason Smolik. He is also survived by great grandparents, extended family members and friends.
