He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin and Dorothy; his brother Michael; and his pet Tippy. He is survived by: his sisters, Amanda Snyder (Nelson) and Margaret Jefferds (Donald); his children, Rachel Rose (William) and Jeremy Stevens (Christina); his grandchildren, Phoenix Conditt, Joshua Stevens, Annabelle Stevens and Christopher Rose; and his significant other Carol. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, their children, and friends.
Andy asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the church he attended for many years, Nacogdoches Christian Fellowship.
