He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ben Drlik, Sr. and Rosie Prihoda Drlik; and his siblings, Henrietta Herzik, Stanley, Leo Jr. and James Drlik.
He is survived by: his significant other Edith Korenek Drlik; his children, Anthony Drlik of Nada, Stephen Drlik (Elizabeth Ferguson) of Nada and Ann Pleasant (Donald) of Cat Spring; his grandchildren, Nicole Wegmiller (Bryce), Dylan Drlik, Jacob Drlik (Roma Thornton), Natalie Drlik, Aaron Drlik, Zachery Pleasant, Reiss Pleasant, Savannah Pleasant and Blake Pleasant; his great grandchildren, Hayes Wegmiller and Hudson Pleasant; his sister Mary Ann Peters of Ganado; his siblings-in-law, Eugene Korenek of Wharton and Leona Korenek of Garwood; and his daughter-in-law Amy Drlik.
