He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pavlu and Adena Beal Pavlu; his siblings, Lillian Padgett (Pat), Jody Pavlu, John Pavlu (Irene), Charles Pavlu (Hattie), Leo Pavlu, Clem Pavlu (Lillian) and Norbert Pavlu (Mildred); and his brother-in-law Alfred Wendel.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Wendel; his children, Carolyn Weishuhn (James) of La Grange, Patrick Pavlu of Alleyton, Lawrence'Larry'Pavlu, Jr. (Vicky) and Robert'Rob'Pavlu of Garwood; his grandchildren, Nicole Sanford (Brandon), Jaye Weishuhn (Katie), Jonathan Weishuhn (Emily), Paige Pavlu, Taylor Kapel (Dalton), Aubrey Pavlu and Ashton Pavlu (Randi); his great grandchildren, Beckett, Parker Sanford, Ava, Jaxton, Charlotte Weishuhn and Ashtyn Pavlu; and his siblings-in-law, Lucille Michna (Katie Wendel) and Deacon Edward Wendel (Agnes).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (1261 Old Nada Rd, Nada, TX 77460). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations in memory of Lawrence can be made to Garwood Volunteer Fire Department or St. Mary's Church.
