He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wied and Josephine Kosler Wied; his brother Tony Wied; and his brothers-in-law, Emil Pieprzyca and Roy Mitchell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Pieprzyca, Rose Ann Mitchell, Norbert Wied, Edgar Wied (Dorothy), Johnny Wied (Lillie) and Mark Wied (Lorrie); and his sister-in-law Tammy Wied. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
