He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Mae Schilling (Riddle) and Jessie John Schilling; his sister Ruth Ann Schilling Hildebrand; his brother-in-law Dr. Tommy Hildebrand; and his close friend Ed Moeller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lezli Schilling Goss (Brian) of Houston and Alexandra Ruth Schilling of Garwood; his grandchildren, Jordan Ashley Schilling Goss, Brooklyn Carolyn Stark and Hunter James Schilling Stark; his nephews, Brad Hildebrand (Lisa) of Victoria and Jeff Hildebrand (Mindy) of Houston; his great-niece Brittany Hildebrand; and his great-nephews, Jeffery Hildebrand, John Thomas Hildebrand and Hunter Hildebrand.
