With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cody Thompson (Garwood, Texas), born in Eagle Lake, Texas, who passed away on May 11, 2019 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard Thompson, Ervin Rucka and Barbara Rucka Davis. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Boenisch Thompson of Garwood; his daughters, Faith Thompson, Ria Thompson and Brynn Thompson; his sister Stephanie Strack (Cuatro) of El Campo; his grandmother Norma Thompson of Garwood; his parents, Mike Thompson and Denise Thompson of Garwood; his siblings-in-law, Kaylyn Stryk (Rodney) of Flatonia and Brett Boenisch (Jordan) of Wharton; his parents-in-law, Mark and Cynthia Boenisch; and his nieces and nephews, Harleigh, Kayla, Kimber Strack, Liv Stryk, Blake Boenisch, Cinco Strack and Brooks Stryk.
