With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clement Korenek of Garwood, Texas, born in Nada, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Korenek and Justina Janish Korenek; and his siblings, Jeanette Ham (Robert), Edna Shimek (Lawrence), Lambert Korenek, Edward Korenek and Raymond Korenek (Ruby).
He is survived by: his wife Grace Shimek Korenek; his children, Becky Broesche (Preston), Nick Korenek (Kim), Valerie Korenek and Jared Korenek; his grandchildren, Connor, Abbey Broesche, Emily, Brady and Caroline Korenek; his sisters, Alice Drapela (Weldon), Patsy Korenek, Betty Salas (Leonard), Lucy Buenger (Melvin), Leona Brzozowski (Jim) and Odilia Korenek; and his sister-in-law Bernita Korenek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in memory of Clement may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Victoria Diocese Seminarian Education Fund or donor's choice.
