It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry Ann Smelley of Garrison, Texas, born in Pasadena, Texas, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Hartt and Maurice Boozer Hartt; and her siblings, Geraldine Champagne and Roy Waggoner. She is survived by: her husband James R. Smelley of Garrison; her sons, Justin Smelley (Marisa) of Garrison, Carey Libby (Charity) of Nacogdoches, Chris Libby (Kristen) of Pasadena and Darren Libby of Garrison; and her siblings, William Hartt of Garrison and Glenda Martin of Deer Park. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
